The aim is to share practical tools and strategies to meet and overcome key challenges faced by the financial and procurement communities. The focus of this new session is on collaboration and engagement between various stakeholders.

Negotiation is essential to a productive work environment. It provides the mechanism for reaching agreements between people, organizations and countries. Negotiation also helps prevent conflict and improve the quality of workplace relationships. The first half of this two-part workshop will explore some important procurement negotiation concepts.
