This session will provide an overview of the concepts and principles associated with Lean, including the standards of 5S Workplace Organization, and the 5 Principles and 7 Wastes of Lean. While exploring the customer's role, emphasis will be on respect and creativity to make Lean in the public sector environment successful. Through actual examples, participants will be exposed to Lean in action and how it can be used in all that we do.
