FMI National office is in full gear
preparing for its upcoming flagship event, PD Week 2015, which will
take place from November 24th to 27th at the Shaw Centre in

Over four days, PD Week 2015 offers a selection
of fifteen streams that cover a wide range of financial management
issues from pay transformation and knowledge sharing to

FMI National said goodbye to its
summer intern, Sarah Tousignant, who infused the office with her
charm and astuteness over the past three months. All the best to
Sarah as she persues her studies in public relations at the
University of Ottawa.
In August, the FMI Capital Chapter
(FMI-CC) set up administrative operations in FMI National's Office.
In so doing, National Office staff welcomed a new face, Karine
Champagne-Anderson. Newly relocated back to Canada from Perth,
Australia, Karine brings her non-profit expertise in project
coordination, event planning and member relations to FMI-CC.
In mid-October, FMI National welcomed
Nicolas Drolet as its new E-Learning and Media Coordinator. Nicolas
joins the team from Fast Forward French where he spent the past
five years as their Program and Training Director. With his degree
in Multidisciplinary Education from Université Laval, Nicolas'
expertise in the development of learning and student mentoring
programs, evaluation and learning strategies are well-suited to
meet FMI's new E-Learning initiative. Welcome to the FMI team,
