Cette s\u00e9ance d\u00e9montrera que l\u2019intelligence \u00e9motionnelle, la r\u00e9silience et la compassion sont des outils puissants pour les dirigeants et dirigeantes ainsi que leurs \u00e9quipes. Elle pr\u00e9sentera les diff\u00e9rentes fa\u00e7ons dont ces comp\u00e9tences favorisent des relations plus fortes, r\u00e9duisent le stress et cr\u00e9ent une culture o\u00f9 les gens se sentent valoris\u00e9s et soutenus.
