The Election will proceed in person and will be held during the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday November 17th 2026. The Nominating Committee is seeking nominations of individuals who have interest in serving on the fmi | igf National Board of Directors.
This November, members will elect two Regional Directors (Western and Eastern) and three Director at Large positions.
Members or non-members interested in being considered for ANY of the positions listed above may do so upon written nomination supported by three fmi | igf (3) members. Nominees for the Regional Director positions must be nominated by fmi | igf members of the that region.
To facilitate the nomination process, please use the Call for Nomination form, which can be found below, along with further information about our organization.
Please send completed Call for Nominations Forms to the Governance and Nominations Committee via Athena Dinos governance@fmi.ca by 5 pm (ET) Friday October 16th 2026.
Eligible Nominees will be posted on the website by November 2, 2026. Directors will be elected by majority vote of fmi | igf members present at the AGM. Please note this is an in person event only.
