The Saskatchewan Chapter is pleased to invite you to an in-person event: The Future of Finance Professionals in the Age of AI with Dr. Vasavi Gottu, Founder & CEO of Techtonic Global.

What changes, what remains human, and the do’s and don’ts of navigating an AI-enabled workplace.

AI is already becoming part of everyday work through tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude. But using AI is very different from being ready for what comes next. As AI evolves from assistants and copilots toward increasingly capable agents, finance professionals will need to think differently about their roles, skills, judgment and accountability — and organizations will need to make more deliberate choices about where AI belongs and where human oversight must remain. This session will explore the future of the finance profession, augmentation versus automation, human-in-the-loop decision-making, the do’s and don’ts of using AI responsibly, AI governance and digital sovereignty, and the practical questions finance professionals and leaders should be asking as AI moves deeper into the enterprise.
