In this session, participants will examine how ethical dilemmas and systemic challenges affect professionals in the workplace. Through guided reflection, they will consider both internal and external influences that shape their personal experiences and responses to these complex situations.

Speakers

J.D. Gilmore

JD Gilmour is the Manager of Employee Abilities and Return to Work for Health PEI, where he leads efforts to support employees with disabilities and ensure fitness to practice for healthcare workers. JD also consults internationally on psychological occupational risk and workplace harassment and is a recurring lecturer on the topic of Human Rights labour and employment practices.
