FMI Victoria Chapter Annual General Meeting and Professional Development Event

The Victoria Chapter is pleased to invite you to an in-person event: Featuring AI transformation in Finance and Team effectiveness through Leadership
AI is rapidly transforming the finance landscape, but the adoption thereof can be overwhelming. This session will provide an overview of key considerations to embrace AI into the Finance area as part of the transformation journey- “Demystifying AI in Finance”. We will focus on the practical applications of these technologies in the finance function, bringing real-life use cases, demos, ideas and opportunities to drive value. Gain valuable insights on how to navigate and implement these innovations to enhance efficiency and drive success in the finance function.
In times of fiscal constraint, psychological safety is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. When people feel safe to speak up, share ideas, and admit mistakes without fear, teams innovate faster, catch problems earlier, and adapt more effectively to change. It costs nothing, but it preserves trust, engagement, and resilience—the very things that sustain performance when resources are tight and economic uncertainty is high.
