CALL FOR NOMINATIONS to the fmi|igf National Board of Directors

The Election will proceed in person and held during the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday November 18th 2025.  The Nominating Committee is seeking nominations of individuals who have interest in serving on the fmi | igf National Board of Directors.

This November, members will elect two Director at large positions.

At the first Board meeting following the election, the newly elected Board will nominate and select a Chair from all the Directors on the Board. The Chair will assign Directors to the roles of Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and Governance.

Members or non-members interested in being considered for ANY of the positions listed above may do so upon written nomination supported by three fmi | igf (3) members.

Nominees for the Regional Director positions must be nominated by fmi | igf members of the that region.

To facilitate the nomination process, please use the Call for Nomination form.

Please send completed Call for Nominations Forms to the Governance and Nominations Committee via Athena Dinos governance@fmi.ca  by 5 pm (ET) Friday October 17th  2025.

Eligible Nominees will be posted on the website by November 3, 2025.

Directors will be elected by majority vote of fmi | igf members present at the AGM. Please note this is an in person event only.
