Emotional Intelligence, Resilience and Compassion

The Nova Scotia Chapter is pleased to invite you to a professional Learning event: Emotional Intelligence, Resilience and Compassion

In today’s fast-paced and ever-evolving workplace, success isn’t just about technical skills—it’s about how we understand ourselves, connect with others, and navigate challenges. This session will explore emotional intelligence, resilience, and compassion as powerful tools for leaders and teams alike. We’ll look at how these skills foster stronger relationships, reduce stress, and create a culture where people feel valued and supported. While our focus is on management and professional settings, the principles we discuss can be applied to everyday life—helping you not only lead more effectively, but also live with greater balance, empathy, and purpose.
