Bryan Yu is the Chief Economist and Associate Vice President at Central 1, where he leads a national team providing economic research and analysis to support credit unions across Canada. With over 20 years of experience in banking, real estate, and public policy, Bryan is recognized for his ability to break down complex economic issues into clear, practical insights. His expertise is frequently featured in national media such as Global News, Bloomberg, BNN, The Globe and Mail, and Business in Vancouver. In addition to informing executive and government decision-making, Bryan also contributes his expertise through service on several nonprofit boards.
