Tahanie is a Finance and Technology leader with 20 years of experience, taking diverse roles spanning across Strategy Development, Operations Management, Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting Operations, and Technology Implementation.
Tahanie leads Accenture’s CFO and Enterprise Value practice in Ottawa. In her current role, Tahanie works primarily with Government of Canada departments and agencies and advises her clients on various topics, such as Digital Transformation, Generative AI, Process Automation, Performance Management, Technology-Enabled Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Costing, and SAP S/4HANA Implementation.

Francis Pilon

Francis is an Ottawa based Manager in Accenture’s CFO & Enterprise Value practice with extensive experience across both the public and private sectors where he has partnered with clients to address their most pressing business challenges. His work spans a variety of transformative projects including operating model strategy and redesign, process optimization, digital transformation, and SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Francis is deeply passionate about harnessing the power of technology to streamline processes, build innovative capabilities, and elevate the role of finance as a critical driver of organizational value and impact. Sherine is a Senior Manager in Accenture’s CFO & Enterprise Value practice, where she partners with federal government clients to drive finance transformation, service modernization, and the adoption of emerging technologies. With deep expertise across corporate services functions, she helps public sector organizations unlock value through digital innovation and human-centered design.
Sherine has worked closely with CFOs and their executive teams to elevate finance functions into strategic enablers. She has led complex initiatives, supporting clients in defining finance strategies, envisioning future-state capabilities, designing operating models, automating processes, and implementing cutting-edge technologies that foster agility and insight-driven decision-making.

Nick Fidler
Manager, CFO & Enterprise Value
Nick is an Ottawa based Manager in Accenture’s CFO & Enterprise Value function. He is a chartered accountant, with Canada and U.K. designations, and has helped clients across the public and private sectors navigate large-scale, transformative initiatives.
In his 10 years of consulting experience, he has focused on benefits realization, promoting the effective operation of the finance function, and exploring ways in which organizations can be transformed through digital modernization. Nick has hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and has a passion for improving user experiences through technology innovations, such as Generative AI, that lead to meaningful impact to business value.
