The Ontario Chapter has been providing professional development to members of the public sector since 2006.

Operating under the auspices of fmi*igf’s National Office, the Ontario Chapter, based in Toronto, provides professional development for members to become better informed on current and emerging topics affecting the public sector financial management community at all levels of government and related organizations across the Province.

The Ontario Chapter is focused on the following priorities:

  • Building a robust and sound Chapter governance structure
  • Delivering timely and relevant financial management professional development events
  • Providing sustainable cost-effective and accessible learning
