

Collective Bargaining: A Cheif Negotiator’s Perspective
There are always going to be challenges when two parties come together in an attempt to negotiate working conditions and wages over an unpredictable future. One cannot properly bargain the future without first understanding the past trends. An example of that is found in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) forecasts.
We can no longer bargain in silos, so instead, Robert spoke about a “National Bargaining Strategy” which he is currently orchestrating across Canada that will ensure sustainable increases for Municipalities.
