Mike Haley
President, Landmark Decisions Inc.
Mike Haley is the founder of Landmark Decisions Inc., a Canadian firm that provides worldwide “performance alignment” consulting, facilitation, training and implementation services to both public and private sector clients. For more than 25 years, Landmark’s focus has been to supply guidance advice on the development of both strategic and operational plans, business process models, and performance indicators that help organizations improve their business decision-making capacity.
Mike’s public sector clients have included Canadian Border Services, Fisheries and Oceans, Health Canada, Ontario Ministry of Finance, Transport Canada, Treasury Board Secretariat, and Veterans Affairs, as well as a variety of non-domestic federal/state/municipal government clients in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the USA.
Mike is a board member of both the Halifax chapter of the Financial Management Institute of Canada (FMI) and the Performance and Planning eXchange (PPX). Mike is also actively involved in management research with the Consortium for Advanced Management International (CAM-I). Mike has a Master’s of Science degree from Dalhousie University.
