Katie Thom (B.A. Hons, M.A. Psychology) is a school psychologist who is dedicated to helping build strong and healthy schools and communities. Katie discussed everyday strategies for managing stress and building happiness from the field of positive psychology, the study of flourishing and what makes life most worth living! She is passionate about helping individuals experience life in the present and cultivates skills for leading meaningful, resilient lives.
