  • Fundamentals of RPA and Getting Started: Gain a solid understanding of RPA and its application within ESDC’s Accounting Operations, including their initial steps for implementation.
  • Implementation Lifecycle: Explore the key stages of RPA implementation, from process qualification to production, and learn effective strategies for seamless integration. Auxiliary activities such as quality assurance and incident management will also be covered.
