Optimize Your Budgeting Process & AGM

Optimize Your Budgeting Process

Click Here to View Presentation Slides

The goal of this session is to analyze and understand why many public sector organizations are not satisfied with their budgeting process, examine what are the key design factors that have to be addressed in order to adapt the budgeting process to your organization reality, and then review the steps of the process itself and discuss some best practices that will help you get more of the people involved.

The session will be an excellent starting point for anyone who wants to analyze and pose a diagnostic on key design aspects of their budgeting process and acquire a few optimization tips to bring back to their organization.

We will also be voting on this year’s Board of Directors nominations. We are actively looking for additional Board members so if FMI is an organization you would like to help support by volunteering one hour/month of your time, we would love to have you join us.
