Amy Parrill is the founder and CEO of Parrill & Co, a performance improvement firm that works with leaders to achieve slight-edge changes in attitude and behaviour that translate into enhanced individual performance, increased leadership awareness and measurable business results.

She is a seasoned facilitator and coach, working in government, commercial, and not-for-profit sectors. Her career in professional sales, marketing and communications, project management and organizational leadership has always placed people firmly at the centre of her work.

She is passionate about her husband and two boys, and having a business that helps people become a better version of themselves
